How to submit your design

2. Save and submit the design using the same email address you will use at checkout. Keep the MyCaseBuilder File ID for your records.
3. Return here and purchase the matching case, base foam, and lid foam configuration.

Choose your base foam

• TopGuard PE: dense closed-cell foam recommended for most applications, with a black, blue, red, or yellow top layer.
• ProCell: rigid black closed-cell foam with a smooth, suede-like presentation finish and a 25% foam premium.
• Ester: softer charcoal polyurethane foam with strong shock absorption for delicate or irregularly shaped items.

Choose your lid foam

• Convoluted Ester: standard egg-crate lid foam for securing items and accommodating items that extend into the lid.
• Solid Ester: flat lid foam for items that sit flush with the base insert.
• No Lid Foam: omits lid foam.

FailSafe Design Protection included

Every custom foam insert includes one revision and refabrication of the original design within 30 days. Replacement Ground shipping is included. The original foam insert must be returned, and return shipping to the fabricator is the customer's responsibility. Larger revised dimensions can incur additional charges, smaller redesigns do not receive a refund, and normal production lead times apply. Custom foam products are fabricated to order and are otherwise nonrefundable.
