The H3 at 5.4 oz slows bolt velocity to give the Disruptor the timing it needs. H2 is the minimum for FRT builds; H3 is the recommended weight, especially for suppressed or short-gas builds.

What is the V2 reciprocating design on the H3 buffer?

The V2 reciprocating internal weight system replaces a static weight with tungsten counter-mass weights that shift during cycling. The H3 Steel Buffer — V2 Reciprocating Design

This is not a standard fixed-weight H3. The V2 reciprocating internal weight system replaces the static steel weight with tungsten counter-mass weights that shift during cycling — smoothing deceleration, reducing bolt bounce, and cutting felt recoil compared to a conventional buffer.
